Your order is confirmed. If you're shipping to France, the Netherlands or Belgium, payment on delivery was available as an option at checkout — you only pay once your rug arrives.

Your rug is carefully packed and prepared for shipping.

Carrier & destination
The carrier depends on where you are: a local delivery partner in France, the Netherlands and Belgium — the only three countries where payment on delivery is available — or DHL, UPS or PostNL elsewhere. Mondial Relay pickup-point delivery is available on request.

We stay reachable on WhatsApp throughout delivery, whichever carrier is handling your rug.

Delivery
If you chose payment on delivery, you inspect your rug before paying. Everywhere else, it's delivered straight to your door.
