At Tigmee, you have 15 days from delivery to change your mind , no questions asked, free of charge, anywhere in Europe. That's longer than most competitors' standard policy, and unlike most Berber rug sellers, we cover return shipping costs wherever you are in Europe.
How to return a rug

Get your label
We send you a prepaid return label, no cost to you.

Send it back
Return the rug in its original condition : unused, unwashed, uncut.

Get refunded
Full refund within 3 business days of us receiving it.
Return conditions
- The rug must be returned as received, in its original or equivalent packaging.
- No return fees, anywhere in Europe.
- Refund goes to your original payment method.
- For exchanges, we ship the new rug once we receive the original.
- Custom-sized or custom-colored rugs cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects or our error.
Refunds
Once your rug is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days, to the original payment method used at checkout. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done.
